Forrest G. Miller, Esq

Forrest G. Miller is the owner of Miller Legacy Legal, PLLC, a law firm dedicated to providing affordable and personalized legal services in estate planning, real estate, and tax law to clients in Southwest Florida and beyond. He is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Ohio, as well as before the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Miller holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, earned in 2020 with a Dean’s Full-Tuition Scholarship. He completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioscience from the University of Findlay. During law school, he was actively involved in Law Review and contributed to the Toledo Taxpayer Advocacy Clinic, assisting taxpayers in resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Since obtaining his law license in 2020, Mr. Miller has advised families how to prepare for the unexpected, as an estate planning and probate attorney. He has developed valuable experience advising estate fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts, as well as serving as the fiduciary when requested by his clients. His multidisciplinary background and dedication to client advocacy enable him to deliver customized legal solutions with a focus on client goals and legacy preservation.

Family and Background
Born and raised in Ohio, Forrest comes from a family deeply involved in senior care. His father was a part owner of a hospice, his mother serves as the executive director of senior living facilities, and his sister works directly with patients in senior living communities. This family background has shaped Forrest’s commitment to serving families and elders through his legal practice.An animal lover with a passionate commitment to their well-being, Forrest shares his life with his fiancée, Sara, a special education teacher in Charlotte County. Together, they care for two beloved pets: a Pugapoo named Pua and a Devon Rex cat named Kahlua
